Split Workbook in MS Excel





Split panes are created to separate windows of the same worksheet. So that you can view distant parts of your worksheet at the same time.
How to Split Worksheet in MS Excel
Let's learn with Example
>> Select any cell in column A. For Example, let's select A6 here
>> Click View Tab and then click Split.

>> You will see that worksheet is now splitted in two. There are two vertical scroll bars.
To split your windows in left an right, select cell in First Row, For example, select D2.
To remove the split, click the split icon again.
** You cannot freeze panes and split panes at the same time. You can enable only one of the two.
