How to share MS Excel Data with Word documents
Sharing data with word Documents is very easy as most of the time, simple copy & paste is sufficient.
First method : Simple Copy Paste
Let's learn with Example
>> Select the Excel data you want to paste to word document.
>> Right click, and then click copy or press Ctrl+c.
>> Open Word document. Right click, and then click paste or press Ctrl+v.
>> If you want borders in your table, click the Border icon and add borders.
Result will be

Second method : Copy & Paste Link
You can Link the source data in Excel in Word. With this, If you change the data in Excel, the data in Word is automatically updated.
Let's learn with Example
>> Select the Excel data you want to paste to word document.
>> Right click, and then click copy or press Ctrl+c.
>> Open Word document. Click paste special from paste icon.
>> Paste Special Dialog Box will appear. Click Paste Link. Select HTML Format.
>> Click OK.
Result will be
** Now, The Excel Data is Linked with Word Document. If you make a change in Excel data the word document will automatically be updated.

>> Here in Excel, change the Data from Operations Support to Manager.
