Setting Budget Limit in MS Excel

How to Set Budget Limit in MS Excel
Let's Learn with Example
>> Define the Budget Amount, For example here we are defining the amount of $1000. Now the accurate budget says that amount should not exceed $1000. 
Now, in the above chart cell C9 contains the Sum function of all the items.(C3 to C8)
>> Select the range C3 to C8.
>> On the Data tab, Click Data Validation.
>> when you click Data validation, Dialog box will appear.
>> In the Allow Box, click Custom.
>> In the Formula box, Enter the Formula =SUM($C$3:$C$8)<=1000
** As you have selected the complete Range from C3:C8 in the Formula Box. the formula will apply to all the cells from C3:C8
>> Your can Enter Input Message And Error Alert
Click Ok. You are done. 
Click on the any cell And the Excel will automatically show the Budget Limit.
Let's see with Example how it works:
>> Enter any Value more than 200 in cell C3.
Result will be
Excel shows an Error Alert. You cannot Exceed your Budget Limit of $1000.
