As. we have already learnt that you can share the MS Excel Data with
  • Word documents and 
  • You can also share the workbook with multiple users to work at same time. For this workbook have to be saved to a network location where multiple users can access the file
Here we will learn , How to share workbook with multiple users to work at same time.
How to share MS Excel Workbook with Multiple Users 
Let's learn with Example
>> Click Review Tab
>> Click Share workbook
>> Share Workbook Dialog Box will Appear
>> On the Editing Tab, Check the icon “Allow changes by more than one user at the same time”
>> Click OK and save the shared workbook on a Network Location where Multiple Users can Access the File.
