Hide Columns or Rows in MS Excel




How to Hide Column or Rows


To hide a column, take following steps.


>> Firstly, Select a column. Like here we have selected service code. You can select any column you want to hide.
>> Now, Right click, and then click Hide.
>> The Result will be : 
Here you can see column E is now hidden
Now , Likewise any row can be hidden. The only thing you have to do is . select Row and take the above steps.

How to Unhide Column or Rows

To unhide column,take following steps.
>> Firstly, Select the columns on both sides of the hidden column. Example, here we select column D & F
>> Right click, and then click Unhide.
>> The Result will be : 
Here you can see column E is now unhidden
Now , Likewise any row can be unhidden. The only thing you have to do is . select Row and take the above steps.
