To create a hyperlink to Existing File, take following steps.
>> On Insert tab, click Hyperlink.
>> 'Insert Hyperlink' dialog box will appear. Now, to Create Link to an existing Excel file, select a file . You can use Look in drop-down list, if required.
>> Click Ok and link will be created to Continents.
How to Create Hyperlinks to Web Page

To Create a Hyperlink to Web Page, Take following steps.
>> On Insert tab, click Hyperlink. Insert Hyperlink Dialog Box will appear.
>> To Create Link to Web Page, Type Text to display, the Web page Address.
>> Click Ok and Link will be created to web page.
