In this windows tutorial we will learn How can you open/execute control panel as administrator in windows.
When you open control panel it is not opened as administrator.
To open control panel as administrator in windows follow these steps
- Go to desktop, right click, click New, click Shortcut
- And type C:\Windows\System32\control.exe (Note - C is the windows location, you may change it), click on Next
- And give name to shortcut as ‘Control Panel as Administrator’
- And click Finish
- Your Desktop shortcut is ready
- Right click on ‘Control Panel as Administrator’ shortcut and click Properties.
- Click Advanced and check Run as administrator
- Your shortcut to open ‘Control Panel as Administrator’ is ready.
Double click on it to open ‘Control Panel as Administrator’
